WESTFALL A/K/A DOUGLAS AUGUST WESTFALL, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF LOT 12, AND THE NORTH 49 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 16, ORLANDO HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK N, PAGES 15 THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 26th day of March, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
