Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated February 21st, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-003366-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OPT1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff, and MARIA L. AYALA, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 20, BLOCK 169, SPRING LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26 PAGE 94 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of May, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
