Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21st, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-006862-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-11 ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGED-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff, and MEI LEUNG, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 28, IN SIGNATURE LAKES-PARCEL 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 26th day of March, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
