NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-000116, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MARK Q. MCMANUS A/K/A MARK Q. MC MANUS; CAPITAL CITY BANK F/K/A CAPITAL CITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; NICOLE MCMANUS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
