NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 22, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-001822-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA2 Trust, Plaintiff and John W. Anderson and Rebecca L. Hayes-Bloxsom a/k/a Rebacca L. Hayes-Bloxsom are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on March 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK E, FAIRVIEW ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 96 AND 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
