NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment for Reinstatement of Mortgage and Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on March 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.:

Unit N-910, of Regatta Beach Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 13243, Page 420, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
