NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 06, 2011, and entered in 09007330CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS,CWALT, INC.,ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-HY4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY4., is the Plaintiff and LARRY J. NEWSOME A/K/A LAWRENCE J. NEWSOME A/K/A LARRY NEWSOM A/K/A LAWRENCE N; PASADENA YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION; INC; PASADENA POINT ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC; PINELLAS COUNTY; FLORIDA; WELLS FARGO BANK; N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA; DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A BETTYE NEWSOME are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 04, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, PASADENA POINT ESTATES, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
