NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 15, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-003485-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PEGGY A BRAGG AKA PEGGY ANNE BRAGG; PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on April 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 708, PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4648, PAGES 294, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 5-8, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
