Commence from the North ¼ corner of Section 30, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, a point along the centerline of U.S. 19 (SR 55) right-of-way line; Thence, bearing South 00°03'21” East, a distance 952.23 feet to a point; Thence, bearing South 89°06'39” East, a distance of 100.01 feet to a point along the Easterly right-of-way line of the said U.S. 19 (SR 55), the point of beginning; Thence, bearing South 88°53'00” East, a distance of 200.03 feet to a point; Thence, bearing South 00°08'02” West, a distance of 317.63 feet to a point; Thence, bearing North 88°54'09” West, a distance of 200.00 feet to a point; Thence, bearing North 00°07'44” East, a distance of 317.70 feet to the point of beginning.
