Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 15, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

E-1, BUILDING 524, OF PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR III, PHASE V, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5633, PAGES 2093 THROUGH 2155, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 61 THROUGH 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2642 PINE RIDGE WAY S APT E1 #E1, PALM HARBOR, FL 34684; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
