NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-007230, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-3 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and WAYNE R. WIKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE R. WIKER; JOHN DOE #1 N/K/A JODY HARD; JANE DOE #1 N/K/A STEPHANIE HINDES; JOHN DOE #2 N/K/A AL KERESZTESI; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of March, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, SUNSET LANE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
