NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-002992, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MATTHEW D LYDICK A/K/A MATTHEW LYDICK A/K/A MATTHEW DEAN LYDICK; PEPPERTREE LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; ANDREA M HINES A/K/A ANDREA HINES, A/K/A ANDREA MARIE HINES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of March, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 1908, PEPPERTREE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Page(s) 66-70, inclusive , and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4150, Page 1461, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
