NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23rd, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-022736 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-4 Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and Marilyn J. Muskett, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for SMC Mortgage Company, Limited Partnership, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
