Unit 7, Building F, Island Club of Tarpon Springs Condo Phase I, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 76, Pages 75 through 87, and being further described in that Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5768, Pages 955 through 1071, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
ADDRESS: Island Club #F7, 1500 Sunset Rd., Tarpon Springs, Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before March 30, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
