NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-014197-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for ABFC 2006-HE1 Trust, Plaintiff and John M. Graves and Christiana L. Graves, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on March 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE WEST 18 FEET THEREOF, AND THE WEST 29 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK “F”, OAK RIDGE NO. 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF PARTIALLY VACATED STREET ABUTTING SAID PARCEL ON THE NORTH, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 23.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
