The Condominium Parcel know as Condominium Unit 19 of The Victoria, A Condominium (the “Condominium”), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof (“Condominium Declaration”) recorded in Official Records Book 13425, Pages 802 through 864 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any and all amendments thereto, and according to the Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 131, Pages 86 through 90 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1101 Victoria Drive, #19, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before April 2, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
