NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-1781-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Yorktown at Beacon Place Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Kevin B. McHugh, Jr. and Bank of America, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 13, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 5-C, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 5198, page 1455, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 16 through 19, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
