NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-011140-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Woods at Anderson Park Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Julien Lycurgue Eysmans, Courtney Steirt, Cabell Eysmans, Seth L. Eysmans, American General Home Equity, Inc. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 13, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 0.87 of a foot of Lot 242 and all of Lot 243 and the North 0.13 of a foot of Lot 244 of THE WOODS AT ANDERSON PARK UNIT 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 62, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
