Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated February 22nd, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 008068, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and John D. Allard, as Trustee of the John D. Allard Revocable Living Trust Dated July 19, 2007, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 1210, BAYFRONT TOWER CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4313, PAGE 1353, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 72 THROUGH 87 ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of April, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
