Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 29, 2008, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 22, BLOCK A, ROCHESTER HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3321 23RD ST. NORTH, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33713; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on March 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
