Notice is given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 09-008385-CI-008, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Defendant/Cross-Plaintiff, is HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, INC. and the Defendants are AMELA VEJO and SACIRA VEJO, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 104, Building 14 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 5206, pages 1985 through 2108, inclusive and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 51, pages 106 through 136, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
