NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of February , 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-16884-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BAY ARBOR PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and REENA PATEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REENA PATEL; and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 10, Block 4, BAY ARBOR PARCEL 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 121, at Page 99, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
