YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for condominium assessments on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 3209, Building 3, THE FARRINGTON ARMS, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, pages 93 through 98, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4864, page 843, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SHAWN G. BROWN, ESQ., of Lang & Brown, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 7990, St. Petersburg, FL 33734, on or before the 2nd day of April, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
