NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2012, and an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure sale dated January 10, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-18207-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2006-HE1, Plaintiff, and TIMOTHY EDWARD MIKELL, NATALIE L. MIKELL, S & S ELECTRIC CO., INC., ROLLING OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 62, ROLLING OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 57 AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
