NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 16, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated February 4, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-14969-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and LARRY K. MACDONALD; KIMBERLY A. MACDONALD; APPLIED CARD BANK; CAPITAL ONE BANK, F.S.B.; AUTO OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of March, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, SEMINOLE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 54 AND 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
