NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-006922-XXXX-ES (J4), of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS A TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDER OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and DAVID G. JIMENEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; JIMARY JIMENEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 21st day of March, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 6, ASHLEY PINES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 88 THROUGH 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
