NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-030480 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Charleston Place Townhomes Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Nicolas Hatzakis, Maria Hatzakis and Christos Hatzakis are the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at The Geroge E. Edge Comb Bld. 2nd floor 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602 at 2:00 P.M. on the 5th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 7, CHARLESTON PLACE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 9452 Charlesberg Drive, Unit, Tampa, FL 33635.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
