NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated November 4, 2011, entered in Case No. 09-CA-002885 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2006-2N TRUST FUNDS is the Plaintiff and SALVATORE L. MCKINZIE et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, 2:00 PM., on March 19, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 18, HAMPTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 129 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
