NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51 2008 CA 000369 ES (J1), of the Circuit Court of the 6thJudicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, U.S.BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB6 is Plaintiff and ERIC E. PEELER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC E. PEELER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STRAITON AT BALLANTRAE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC. TENANT #1 TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 19th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 6, BALLANTRAE VILLAGE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 53 THROUGH 66, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
