NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-008288 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-14 is the Plaintiff and JORGE SALGUEIRO; YENY GUEVARA A/K/A YENY SALGUEIRO; IAN NORKIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IAN NORKIN NKA STACY NORKIN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER and THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E.
