NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2009-CA-000292 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and MIGUEL DIMARE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIGUEL DIMARE N/K/A ANGELICA DIAZ; THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2pm, on the day 20 of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 206, BUILDING 9 OF THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16387, PAGE 330, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
