NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2012, and entered in 51-2009-CA-010994WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and KENNETH E. MULDOWNEY; JR.; WACHOVIA BANK; NA; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 89, GULFWINDS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 95 THROUGH 109, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
