PARCEL 1: LOT 5, BLOCK 4, REVISED MAP OF DEVON PARK AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
PARCEL 2: THE NORTH 82.5 FEET OF LOTS 6 AND 7. BLOCK 4. REVISED MAP OF DEVON PARK AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 16, 2012, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
