NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 20 day of March, 2012, at 10 A.M. at the on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The West 1/2 of Lot 7, Block 11, PLAN OF MUNRO AND MCINTOSH'S ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
