NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated October 25, 2011, entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001716-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and MILAGROS C. CRUZ, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M., on March 19, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 68, BLOCK 11, MEADOW POINTE III PHASE 1 UNIT 1C-2, ASPER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 94-100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
