THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,, is Plaintiff and TRIET LE; VIVIAN VU; BELLE CHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
