NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), entered February 8, 2012 in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A”, to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held in Room 202 of the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, Florida, 33602, on March 22nd, 2012, at 2:00 pm:

Lot 7, Block 39, Wellswood Estates Unit No. 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 19, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
