YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed for money damages and seeking foreclosure of leasehold property located in Pasco County, legally described as:
The exclusive leasehold right of possession, title, and interest acquired by PATRICIA A. KING pursuant to that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded on December 27, 1999, in O. R. Book 4285, Page 1328, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida (the “Memorandum”) in and to Unit/Lot Number 651 of FOREST LAKE ESTATES CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O. R. Book 4170, Page 616, et seq., Public Records of Pasco County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” of said Master Agreement (the “Lot”);
Commonly known as 5851 Naples Drive, Zephyrhills, Florida 33540, and having Pasco County Parcel Identification Number 08-26-22-0020-00000-6510;
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 651 issued by the Cooperative to PATRICIA A. KING, evidencing her percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”);
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1995 Double-Wide PALM Mobile Home having Vehicle Identification Numbers PH097472AFL and PH097472BFL, and Title Numbers 69961742 and 69961741, respectively (the “Mobile Home”).
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
