NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 21, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-009008-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RODNEY A. HUTCHINSON and WAKINA LASHAWN HUTCHINSON, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of March, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block 16, PALM COVE PHASE 2, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 54, Pages 111 through 126, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
