NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered on February 16, 2012 in Case No. 2008-CA-016010 DIV B of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC, Plaintiff, and, DEMETRIO MARTINEZ, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on March 19, 2012, at 2 pm, on the Real Foreclose website in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following describe property:
LOT 72, RIVERRANCH PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104 AT PAGE 211 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
