NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010CA06574 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and DAVID WILLIAMS A/K/A DAVID A. WILLIAMS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22nd day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND 30 FOOT STRIP BEING FORMER DORMAN STREET LYING BETWEEN LOTS 13 AND 14 WEST OF MITCHELL STREET OF LENFRED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
