CONDOMINIUM UNIT 12 OF CAMBRIDGE E REVISED, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3192, PAGE 1689, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
