NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 17, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 51-2009-CA-008623-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and KENNETH PORRELLO; FIFTH THIRD BANK (NORTHEASTERN OHIO); THE LAKES AT HERON COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on March 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 2204, BUILDING 22 OF THE LAKES AT HERON COVE CONDOMINIUM PHASE VIII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 93 THROUGH 96, AND FURTHER BEING DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6255, PAGE 887, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND AMENDMENTS THERETO
