NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered February 21, 2012 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-017087 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, L.P., Plaintiff, and, CARMEN HIDALGO, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Edgecomb Courthouse 800 E. Twiggs St. Room 201/202 Tampa Florida, at the hour of 2 PM, on the 26th day of March, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 13, BLOCK 3, HOLLY PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
