NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-006360-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pasco County's Public Auction website, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11 A.M. on the 27th day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 51, MEADOW POINTE III PARCEL PP & QQ, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 59-65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
