ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-45 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-45 is Plaintiff and EUGENE DAL; COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
