NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002228, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and JULIA M. STEPHENS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., BRISTOL SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., KINGS LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERT are defendants.
