notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated February 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006883 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2005, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2005-E, Plaintiff and Remo Assanti and Deirdre A. Assanti, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on March 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 151, BLOCK I, LAUREL LAKES PHASE THREE AT LAUREL WOOD, A PUD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 8 THROUGH 10, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
