NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 7th day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11 2009 CA 005643, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and CHARLES CASSIDY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES CASSIDY, DEANNA GALI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEANNA GALLI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 22nd day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOTS 35 AND 36, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTIONS OF ADDITION TO NAPLES TWIN LAKES, RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 52 AND 53.
LESS PORTION OF LOT 35 BEING: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID OF LOT 35, SAID CORNER BEING THE COMMON REAR CORNER OF LOTS 35 AND 36; THENCE WITH THE WEST LINE OF LOT 35, SOUTH 75.00'; THENCE WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 35, EAST 75.00' TO A POINT OF CURVATURE; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 25', AN ARC LENGTH OF 26.57' AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 60 DEGREES 54' 12”; THENCE ON A NON-RADIAL LINE TO
CROSS AND INCLUDE A PART OF SAID LOT 35, N 48 DEGREES 00' 50” W, 92.92' TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE LOT 35; THENCE WITH A PART OF SAID NORTH LINE, WEST 27.78' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS PORTION OF LOT 36 BEING: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID OF LOT 36, SAID CORNER BEING THE COMMON REAR CORNER OF LOTS 35 AND 36; THENCE WITH A PART OF THE SOUTH LINE LOT 36, EASE 27.78'; THENCE LEAVING THE OUTLINES OF LOT 36 TO CROSS AND INCLUDE SAME, N 48 DEGREES 00' 50” W, 37.37' TO THE COMMON REAR CORNER OF LOTS 6, 7 AND 34; THENCE WITH A PART OF THE WEST LINE OF LOT 36, SOUTH 25.00' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
