NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered on February 9, 2012, by the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 11-1355-CA-01-RM, I will sell at public sale on March 19, 2012, beginning at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Building L, Naples, Florida, 34112, the property situated in Collier County, Florida as follows:
Unit 1, PARK EAST PROFESSIONAL CENTRE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium therefore recorded in Official Records Book 2974, at Page 231, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended by Certificate of Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 3536, at Page 2915, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any further amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the funds remaining after the sale, if any, must file a claim with the clerk No later than 60 days after this sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
